New opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join an Accountancy Practice on a permanent basis.
This is a remote position, however you will be required to be office-based for the first two weeks whilst training. Office based in Cheshire East.
Working closely alongside the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of client's payrolls across multiple frequencies.
Responsibilities
Management of own portfolio of clients (around 60 clients, 1 - 300+ employees)
Setting up new starters, processing leavers
Management of timesheet data from clients
Calculations of payments and deductions
Pensions processing
Management of client queries
Building reports for clients
Assisting with year end
Requirements
At least 3 years' payroll experience within client's payroll processing
Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation
Ability to manually calculate payslips
Experience with implementing new clients beneficial but not essential
Ability to work autonomously
High levels of accuracy
Strong customer service skills
Hours and Benefits
37.5 hours per week
Early finish on a Friday
Fully remote working
25 days holiday + bank holidays
