Key Responsibilities include:
Processing end to end payrolls
Setting up new starters and processing leavers
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Calculation of statutory deductions, including SSP, SMP and SPP
Managing payroll queries
Ensure payroll checklist is completed each payroll cycle
Payroll reconciliations
Assisting Payroll Team leader and Seniors
Ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
Experience processing payroll
Knowledge of payroll legislation
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Excel skills
