Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing end to end payrolls

  • Setting up new starters and processing leavers

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

  • Calculation of statutory deductions, including SSP, SMP and SPP

  • Managing payroll queries

  • Ensure payroll checklist is completed each payroll cycle

  • Payroll reconciliations

  • Assisting Payroll Team leader and Seniors

  • Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience processing payroll

  • Knowledge of payroll legislation

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good Excel skills
